I built My Pocket Coach to take cookie-cutter out of fitness. The app adapts your plan day to day as you log — macros pull back when you overshoot, push when you undershoot, all without you asking. That handles the noise. I handle the signal: weekly check-in review, strategic training calls, prep timing, the stuff the algorithm shouldn't decide alone.
